Refund policy

We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request is accepted, we'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must meet our return eligibility requirements and be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Once your exchange request is approved and we receive the original item, your replacement item will be processed and shipped.
